Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The FBA Company LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a Wyoming LLC operated from Latvia, European Union. By using BetterVibe at bettervibe.co ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

BetterVibe is a 66-day habit formation journal and daily check-in system. The Service includes:

• A 66-day Vibes journal with daily gratitude and experience prompts
• Daily habit check-in tracking
• A financial accountability mechanic ($1 per missed day)
• Goal and north star setting

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. One-Time Payment

Access to BetterVibe requires a one-time payment of $39 USD. This is not a subscription. You will not be charged again for access to the Service.

Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by contacting us at hello@bettervibe.co. After 14 days, the payment is non-refundable.

5. Accountability Charges

By providing a payment method, you agree to the following:

• If you miss a day (no check-in activity), $1 USD will be automatically charged to your saved payment method.
• Missed day charges are non-refundable. They are the core accountability mechanism of the Service.
• Charges are processed automatically via Stripe at midnight UTC.
• A day is considered "missed" if no check-in activity is recorded before midnight UTC.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and Payment Method ID. We never store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create — goals, journal entries, check-ins. We store it to provide the Service and never share or sell it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent the accountability system, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". BetterVibe is a personal productivity tool, not a financial, medical, or psychological service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, contact hello@bettervibe.co. Data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. EU users retain all rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
